Discussion
A storm system to our north is still spinning its wheels and sending colder air our way from just north of the Great Lakes. The combination of this storm to our north and strong high pressure in south-central Canada will keep a brisk NW flow around here today and weak disturbances will enhance our cloud cover and a few showers are possible; especially, during the afternoon and early evening hours. In upstate Pennsylvania, it may be just cold enough for snow showers to break out in places like State College and Williamsport. The good news is that this cold shot will give way by the end of the week and temperatures could actually soar to 80 degrees by Sunday afternoon although there will also be a threat for late weekend showers.
