Discussion
Our taste of summer has come and gone, however, today will still be well above normal as temperatures should climb to the mid 70’s following last night’s weak cold frontal passage. Wednesday will see high temperatures take another step down with highs probably holding in the low 60’s as a weak disturbance brings clouds and occasional showers our way from the Deep South. Another front will cross through the area by the weekend and it appears as if a significant storm will then develop in the Southeast US by the latter part of the weekend. In fact, this storm could produce the first significant rain around here that we’ve had in several weeks by the late weekend.
