Discussion

Warmer air advanced into the region yesterday and afternoon temperatures approached 85 degrees following a warm frontal passage in the early morning hours. A weak cool front, however, then passed through the area last night and an ocean flow of air has developed behind that front which will reduce our temperatures slightly for today. By tomorrow, that front will lift back to the north of us and temperatures will be off to the races with temperatures back up in the mid 80's. Temperatures could reach the upper 80’s on Friday and, while still warm on Saturday, they will begin a downward trend that will continue into early next week.
