Discussion
There are signs for cooler weather to return to the Rockies late this weekend and early next week, but for now we’ll remain quite warm and high temperatures should reach the low 80’s today and then near or slightly above 90 degrees on Friday and Saturday. Scattered thunderstorms are possible this afternoon and evening and some of the storms can reach severe levels as was the case last night across the front range. By early next week, temperatures will be closer to 80 degrees for highs compared to the 90 degree mark that is likely for tomorrow and Saturday.
