Discussion
High pressure has expanded into the region early this morning, but it will lose control rather quickly by this afternoon as an area of moisture off of the Mid-Atlantic coast brings more rain to the region. Clouds will thicken up quickly by mid-day and periods of rain are likely from this afternoon through tonight. It'll turn briefly warmer on Wednesday before another cold front passes through the region and this will reinforce our general cool temperature pattern for Thursday and Friday.
