Discussion
There will be more rain and wind from Sandy today, but nothing like what we experienced during the peak of the storm. Sandy, now a Tropical Storm, has moved into south-central Pennsylvania and it will continue to slowly weaken over the next several hours as it begins a gradually turn to the north. The latest central pressure reading of Sandy is 960 millibars with sustained winds at 65 mph. There is still a very wide area of precipitation associated with this storm that extends west to the western Great Lakes, north to northern New England and south to the Carolinas.
