Discussion

High pressure will lose its control of our weather today as a strong cold front approaches from the west. Showers will begin by later tonight and there will be occasional showers on Tuesday, some of which can be heavy at times. Once the front clears the coast by Tuesday night, colder air will return for the middle and latter parts of the week with below normal temperatures returning to the region. One final note, Comet PAN-STAARS is now visible in the northern hemisphere and the sky conditions may get favorable by mid-week to view it in the western sky shortly after sunset.
