Discussion

The snow threat will wind down later this morning with littl in the way of accumulation, but then gradual clearing will take place this afternoon as Arctic high pressure takes control. Temperatures today will hold nearly steady in the low-to-mid 20’s – way below normal for early March – and then they will plunge tonight to single digits overnight. Very cold conditions on Tuesday will give way to slightly milder conditions at mid-week and then we’ll watch a storm that will pull out of the Gulf of Mexico late this week and heads towards the east coast.
