Discussion
Low pressure headed our way from the Gulf of Mexico will bring a soaking rain to the region from later this afternoon through tonight. Some of the rain will fall heavily at times and there can be a thunderstorm or two mixed in. Once the low pulls away on Tuesday, there will be clearing skies and milder conditions in the Mid-Atlantic region. Wednesday will be on the cool side along with a stiff NW wind, but it’ll turn milder again later in the week.
