Discussion
After a cool start, today will turn out warmer than yesterday, but there will also be the chance for an afternoon or evening shower and thunderstorm in the Mid-Atlantic region north of the PA/MD border. This threat will diminish by late tonight as high pressure begins to build into the region. This incoming high pressure system will ensure another nice weekend around here with comfortable temperatures and humidity levels. It’ll turn slightly warmer on Monday with temperatures climbing into the 80’s in many I-95 corridor locations and then a frontal system will enhance the chance for showers and thunderstorms by Tuesday.
