Discussion
A frontal system has stalled in the southern part of the Mid-Atlantic region and a couple of disturbances will ride along the boundary zone during the second half of the week. As a result, the threat will increase later on Thursday for scattered showers and thunderstorms and this threat will continue tomorrow night as well. Temperatures will reach the lower 80’s today, but could be confined to the cooler-than-normal upper 70’s Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
