Discussion
A fast-moving (a.k.a., clipper) low pressure system will spread snow into the Mid-Atlantic region this morning; primarily, on the north side of the PA/MD border. Accumulations are likely to end up in the 1-3 inch range across the NYC metro region with lesser amounts to our south. The pattern quiets down some later this week and remains generally on the cold side of normal.
