Discussion
A fast-moving (a.k.a., clipper) low pressure system will spread some snow into the Mid-Atlantic region this morning; primarily, on the north side of the PA/MD border. Snow accumulations of a coating to an inch are possible around here today with the highest amounts across Bucks County and northern Montgomery County. A few inches of snow is possible today in the higher elevations of northeastern PA. The pattern quiets down some later this week and remains generally on the cold side of normal.
