Discussion

The upper-level trough of low pressure that has been sitting to our west and south in recent days will weaken later today and an upper-level ridge will expand westward along the eastern seaboard during the weekend. As a result, the unsettled weather we’ve been experiencing in recent days will tend to settle down this weekend and it’ll also turn rather hot by early next week. High temperatures of at least 90 degrees are back on the table for around here as we end the weekend and begin the new work week.
