Discussion
Low pressure will intensify rapidly later today along the Southeast US coastline and then make a push to the northeast over the western Atlantic Ocean. Its impact will be limited around here as high pressure will move into the Deep South today and generate mainly dry and mild conditions for the next few days. The next upper-level trough will move from California into the middle of the country later this week and our chances for showers and thunderstorms will be on the rise for Thursday and Friday.
