Discussion
A cold front crossed the region late yesterday and a less humid air mass will push into the Mid-Atlantic region as we close out the work week. High pressure will expand to our north over the next couple of days and this should result in decent weather for Saturday, but things go downhill on Sunday. A broad area of moisture will slowly head this way on Sunday in a southwest-to-northeast fashion and the chance for showers and thunderstorms will increase later in the day and that threat of rain will continue on Monday and Tuesday as well.
