Discussion
A frontal system pushed through the region last night putting an end to the shower/thunderstorm activity and today will be noticeably less humid with a stiff northerly breeze ushering in more comfortable air mass to northern Alabama. High pressure will take control of the weather providing us with a nice weekend for the middle part of August. In fact, temperatures may actually start the weekend at levels not since around here since late June with lows likely in the lower 60’s.
