Discussion

It’ll turn cooler today with afternoon temperatures some ten degrees lower than on Monday and highs near 70 degrees. The second half of the week looks warm, dry and quite windy which can enhance the risk of wildfires in the region.  Cooler temperatures are likely to return at the end of the week and weekend and there can be a few showers to go along with the cool down.

One other note, a comet should continue to be visible in the low western sky during each of the next few evenings given favorable sky conditions and “dark enough” environmental conditions….rough time period for viewing is 45 minutes after sunset.
