Discussion
Much colder air has pushed into the region and there be rain and snow today with small accumulations possible on grassy surfaces in the Denver metro region. Temperatures will hold in the low-to-mid 40’s today for highs and then likely drop into the upper 20’s in the overnight hours with a hard freeze in many areas. Temperatures moderate for the late week and weekend with some sunshine likely on each day from Thursday through Sunday though there can be some shower activity to close out the weekend.
One final note, it is time once again to turn the clocks back an hour as of 2AM Sunday...a sure sign that winter is on the way.
