The week will start off rather quiet across the Tennessee Valley with plenty of sunshine on each day and very warm conditions. The weather becomes more unsettled by mid-week with an increasing chance of showers and thunderstorms as moist air pushes northward into the region ahead of a central Plains upper-level trough.
