Discussion
One more day of hot, humid and unsettled weather conditions in the Mid-Atlantic region with another round of PM showers and thunderstorms on the table. Some of the rain that falls later today/early tonight can be heavy at times and some of the storms can reach severe levels. A frontal system will cross the area in the overnight hours and its passage will lead to dry and more comfortable conditions on Saturday with plenty of sunshine. Another frontal system could produce more showers and thunderstorms around here to close out the weekend and the first half of next week should feature a comfortable air mass for mid-June across the Great Lakes and Mid-Atlantic region.
