Discussion

A frontal system will approach the Mid-Atlantic region later today and the chance of showers and thunderstorms will increase around here as we head into the evening and nighttime hours. This front will hang around the area for the next couple of days and so will the threat of showers and thunderstorms. The early part of next week is likely to be dry and warmer and then hot weather should spread into the eastern states for the middle and latter parts with the 90’s on the table for daytime highs.
