The weather will remain quite nice around here for the next couple of days with sunshine and comfortable temperatures. Highs both today and Friday will be within a few degrees of 70 across northern Alabama to go along with the expected sunshine. The threat of showers and thunderstorms will return this weekend as upstream disturbances head in this direction.

Low temperatures will drop well down into the 30’s during the next couple of nights and this will raise the chances for late night frost in many locations.
