NYC Monday Forecast - What a change from last week!
Paul Dorian
Low pressure currently off the Northeast coast will throw back some patchy clouds our way and provide us with a light, cool breeze that will help to hold high temperatures down in the mid 70’s. In fact, the entire week looks to be much cooler than last week and highs tomorrow may have trouble getting out of the 60’s. The cool air aloft will create some instability showers later tonight and tomorrow, but high pressure should provide copious amounts of sunshine on Wednesday. Clouds will increase by the end of the work week as a frontal system moves in from the west. Today- more clouds than sun, pleasant temperatures, a shower can’t be ruled out, mid 70’s (normal high is now 78 degrees)
Tonight- mostly cloudy, cool, maybe a couple of showers or even a thunderstorm, near 60
Tues- mostly cloudy, a few afternoon showers likely and possibly even a thunderstorm, quite cool, upper 60’s
Wed- partly-to-mostly sunny, pleasant, upper 70’s
Thurs- partly sunny, still pleasant temperatures, upper 70’s
Fri- mostly cloudy with a couple of showers and thunderstorms possible at night, upper 70’s
