3:25 PM | Strong storms headed southeastward across northern Maryland

Strong thunderstorms have formed across northern Maryland and are headed towards I-95 and the BW-Parkway between DC and Baltimore. These storms will contain heavy downpours and strong, gusty winds and can cause some weather-related problems along these major roadways between 3:30 and 4:30 PM. The counties likely to be affected by these storms include: Carroll, Frederick, Howard and Montgomery.
