Discussion

Wednesday brought us plenty of sunshine with very warm conditions and virtually no chance for rain. That reprieve from the unsettled weather pattern of recent days will be short-lived, however, as a frontal system approaches us from the west later today and an even stronger front will head towards us later this weekend. As a result of the frequent frontal encounters, showers and thunderstorms will be a threat each day through the weekend and right into the early part of next week. It may not be until next Tuesday before we can once again safely use the words “no chance for rain”.
