The unsettled weather pattern continues for another couple of days in the Mid-Atlantic region with occasional showers and thunderstorms…any storm can be strong and some of the rain can be heavy. After a break in the heat on Wednesday, southwesterly flow should push much warmer air back into the region later today and temperatures likely will climb to the middle 80’s. A comfortable air mass should drop southward into the region for much of the Labor Day weekend featuring at or slightly below-normal temperatures and lowering humidity values.
One final note…anyone planning to travel to Penn State for their first game on Saturday (@3:30pm) can expect to see mainly sunny skies and high temperatures in the upper 70’s.
