It turned cooler on Tuesday and relatively cool conditions will continue today across the region with the chance of afternoon and evening showers and thunderstorms. The threat for scattered showers and storms will continue on Thursday and Friday and temperatures will be on the increase with highs of 90 degrees likely on both weekend days.
