The weather will remain quite comfortable for another day in the Mid-Atlantic region with high pressure still in control, but changes take place at mid-week. On Wednesday, an upper-level trough of low pressure over the center of the country will expand into the northeastern states and the weather will become warmer, more humid, and more unsettled with the chance of PM showers and thunderstorms. From this vantage point, the passage of the late week frontal system looks like it’ll set us up for a nice Friday, Saturday and Sunday in the Mid-Atlantic region.
