A weak disturbance can set off some shower and thunderstorm activity later today as temperatures climb into the middle 80’s for afternoon highs. High pressure will be in general control of the weather on Tuesday providing us with plenty of sunshine and comfortably warm conditions. An upper-level low then swings towards the Great Lakes and it’ll keep the weather pattern quite unsettled around here for the mid and late week time periods. A spurt of tornadoes since late April has put levels well above normal as we reach the end of May and the overall active weather pattern of recent weeks looks like it’ll continue into the month of June.
